Fruit Ice Lollies – Slimming World Recipe

Summer is nearly upon us so I thought a recipe for fruit ice lollies would be good to share. They’re only 3 syns each and are good for getting the whole family eating some of their 5-a-day 🙂

Fruit Ice Lollies

Ingredients

Apricot lollies

  • 9 apricots, skinned & stoned
  • 6 tbsp orange juice
  • artificial sweetener, to taste

Pineapple lollies

  • 6 pineapple rings canned in juice
  • 60g pineapple juice

Method

  1. Make each variety of lolly up separately. Purée the fruit thoroughly. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into moulds and freeze. Dip the moulds in hot water to release the lollies.
