Devilled Eggs – Slimming World Buffet
Here’s a totally syn free snack/buffet item that’s tasty and keeps you feeling full for longer due to the protein they contain.
- 12 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 tbsp fat-free natural yogurt
- 1 tsp mild curry powder
- Salt and pepper
- Smoky paprika
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half
- Scoop out the yolk and place them all in a bowl
- Mash the yolks with the yogurt, curry powder and salt and pepper
- Spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg whites and sprinkle a pinch of smoky paprika over each half.
