Weekly weigh in – February 3rd
February 3rd – I’ve been on track all week and followed extra easy SP which is where you choose foods from the plan that have an S or P symbol next to them, you stay away from free foods like bananas, syn free yogurts etc and have an extra healthy extra B. Because of the extra speed foods and not eating potatoes, rice or pasta, I expected to lose another 3lb this week.
I was a little disappointed to lose 1lb, not 3lb but I was happy I’d lost for the second week in a row 🙂
I’m going to swap carbs for speed foods again this week but I’m not going to do SP properly as I’m not going to have the extra healthy extra and I’m going to have my syn free yogurts because they keep me going every day!
As long as I keep losing, I’ll be happy with 1lb a week.
