Happy New Year and a look back at 2013

I spent new year’s eve with Ant, at home, watching tv and feeling absolutely awful due to this horrible cold we’re both suffering from. We were in bed before 12 because we just didn’t have the energy to stay up any longer!

However, 2013 was a great year for us and 2014 has the promise of being even better 😀

The S.W.H. and I spent a wonderful weekend together in Portsmouth where we celebrated being together for 10 years 🙂

We’re excited and impatient and can’t wait to find out the completion date!

You know how I always want to re-organise and re-decorate when the new year comes around? Well I’ve got the ultimate re-organising and re-decorating project I could wish to have at this time of year! I’m de-cluttering (shhh don’t tell Ant, he doesn’t like it when I say that!) and sorting and even though I’m feeling rubbish and this cold has dampened my spirits occasionally, it can’t extinguish the excitement totally 🙂

I can’t wait to share our own photos of our new house 🙂
