Weekly weigh in April 6th – Lost Half Lb
I’ve been on track all week and lost half a pound. I was a little disappointed as I expected more but it’s in the right direction.
I usually save my Slimming World syns for the evening but I had them at lunch time today. When I do that on a Wednesday I usually go on to have more syns than my allowance for the day but I’m staying on plan today.
I’ve made a fruit salad with yogurt for supper and I’m going to have a mug shot with it which is syn free.
If I can have a good day on a Wednesday, I usually go on to have a really good week 🙂
