Weekly weigh in – 1.5lb lost
I lost 1.5lb at my weekly weigh in. I’ve done mostly SP days this week but I had a couple of days on Extra Easy. I think this is the reason I haven’t lost as much as I did the last two weeks.
I’m not disappointed,Β though, I’m aiming for an average of 2lb a week this year and during January I’ve lost 8lb so far so I’m meeting my goal π
I’m going to do all SP days this week and see how I get on at the next weigh in. Hopefully, I’ll get a 2lb loss.

Hey 1 1/2lbs is fab! Usually when you start to diet you lose more at first because it is more fluid and then it slows down! Don't worry though – at the rate you are going and with your determined attitude you will continue to lose and will hit your target before you know it! Go Shell go!
Thanks Tracy π I've been doing SW for 2.5 years but this new SP plan is cutting down on carbs which I think is working well for me. I've had my 8.5 stone award but last year I put nearly 2 stone back on so I'm now working my way back to the weight I was when I got my 8.5 stone award (22 stone 8lb) then going for my 9 stone π I want to get down to 12 stone so I still a way to go but if I can stay on track I can do it by my 40th birthday next July! xx
