Apple Streusel Traybake – #GBBOBloggers2018

KayCee’s our main baker at the moment. Both Ant and I have been too busy to do any baking so KayCee stepped in. She’s been making cookies (for my Christmas cookie advent recipes!), apple crumble for us and her grandparents and this week’s apple streusel traybake cake for our entry to #GBBOBloggersBakeOfTheWeek

Bake Of The Week – Apple Streusel

I found the recipe for this apple streusel on Kitchen Sanctuary. I’m not putting the recipe on this post because everything you need to know, including the nutrition information, is on Nicky’s post 🙂

Apple Streusel Great British Bake Off Bake Of The Week

We didn’t put the vanilla drizzle on because everyone had dug in before KayCee got chance! It was delicious after dinner last night. I had mine with ice cream and really enjoyed. Not sure how the scales are going to react when I get weighed at Slimming World next week after eating this!

I’m baking along with Jenny from Mummy Mishaps and Helen from Casa Costello

The Apple Streusel does look great and with ice cream it must have been delish.
As you, I’m trying not to think what the scales are going to show with all the bakes I did recently. :))
