Weekly weigh in – My fault – 2.5lb gain

My fault

I gained and it was my own fault this week. I know where the gain came from so I’m ok with it. It was a 2.5lb gain which could have been worse because I didn’t syn everything I had last week.

I didn’t binge but I wasn’t very strict.

I’ve got a 12-week planner that I got for free when I ordered a gift voucher for a 12-week countdown (I’m already on a 6-week countdown so couldn’t just buy a 12-week one) and I’m going to start filling it in tomorrow.
I’m hoping it will help keep me on track every week.

I’m going for a 2lb loss next week, which means I need to do some damage control from tomorrow as we were invited out for dinner tonight and I had fish and chips followed by a chocolate brownie!
