Weekly weigh in – Stayed the same
Well after last Wednesday’s overindulgence due to feeling rubbish about my gain, I stayed the same this week.
I’ve been totally on track today, no treats at all (I didn’t buy anything on purpose so I couldn’t be tempted) and everything I have had has been counted in my syns.
I’ve saved some syns so I can have a latte tonight with a scone and some strawberry jam.
I’m feeling much better this week and think my head is finally in the right place again. I feel like it’s my first week again and I’m not at all tempted to pop things into my mouth and think, ‘it’s only a little bit, it won’t hurt’ because I know it will.
