Good week but not a good result – Weekly weigh in

Half pound gain

It’s been a good week food wise but not weight wise. I’ve honestly stuck to plan all week. I’ve got an Excel book with my menus in and I’ve recorded everything I’ve eaten. I went over my syns by 1.5 one day. All the other days have been under my recommended amount for the week.
I’ve also been using a smaller plate to keep my portions down.

It could just be last week’s excesses catching up with me. I expected a far greater gain than I got last week so I’m not going to let it get to me.

I’ve got my menu planned again for the week and I’ve dropped my syns to keep them below 20 every day. My usual amount is 25 because I weigh over 20 stone so we’ll see if dropping them helps.
