I’m back with my Slimming World weekly update in the hope that sharing every week will help me get back to losing instead of going up and down this flipping stone!
I did have my 8 and a half stone award. I’ve now put a stone back on so I’ve currently lost 7 stones 7 and a half pounds in 2 years.
I lost 7 stone in the first year so you can see how rubbish my second year has been. All I keep telling myself is that I’m not going back to 31 stone so even if it takes years, I’m sticking at it 🙂
I don’t want to be in this stone bracket anymore. I want to get back to the previous one and by Christmas get out of the 20s all together 🙂
So here’s my pledge to myself:
100% on track this next year so it’s as good as my first year with 7 stones lost.
No uncounted treats.
Daily exercise (as soon as my bad back is better)
Goals for this week:
Meal plan for the week to help keep me on track
Drink a glass of water with lunch and dinner instead of diet coke
Move as much as my back will allow
