74 / 365 Birthday Cake prep

I’ve got a birthday cake to make tomorrow, a delicious chocolate one filled with chocolate ganache and covered in pink and white icing. I was supposed to make it at the weekend so the icing had time to harden but I forgot key ingredients on my last shop and haven’t had chance to get them until my weekly delivery comes in the morning.
It’s been ages since I made a cake and I’m quite looking forward to it 🙂 I’m planning on making an extra one for tomorrow nights dessert.
