Weekly weigh in – 2lb lost :)

 

YES!

After a terrible few weeks of gains I’ve finally got myself back on track and I’ve lost 2lb.

I’m really pleased because that was my aim and I did it! I’m in control today which hasn’t been the case on a Wednesday for a while; I get myself into the mindset that because it’s Wednesday I don’t have to worry about what I eat. Wednesday was a treat day but instead of having just one treat I’d eat for the sake of it.

I’ve had a piece of chocolate cake today for my treat but instead of ignoring the syns, I checked how many syns it was using the app and I’ve counted them into my allowance.

I will lose another 2lb next week 🙂
