5 Apple Recipes For Autumn

I may have mentioned recently that we have hundreds of apples from our tree. We gave bags and bags of them away. I peeled, cored and sliced loads and put them in the freezer and I also made a big batch of applesauce and put that in the freezer.
We still have about 150 that we wrapped in newspaper and stored in a box. I now need some apple recipes to use up all these delicious apples so I’ve been on Pinterest and found 5 recipes that I really want to make.

Apple Recipes

The first recipe is from Annie’s Noms and is for apple crumble cupcakes. I just want to eat one of these right now!

I love the sound of this toffee apple gingerbread loaf from Domestic Gothess. It has all the flavours I love.

The next recipe can be found at From The Larder and is for a Bramley apple and mincemeat pudding.
Earlier this month we made a big batch of mincemeat for our Christmas mince pies, so we already have everything we need to make this recipe 🙂

We’re back at Annie’s Noms because I just have to try this apple pie overnight oats recipe. I love overnight oats but I always have toffee apple flavoured oats, a caramel yogurt and mixed berries.

I absolutely can not wait to make this recipe!

My final choice is one for KayCee and Ella. They’ll love making these Chocolate Turtle Apple Slices from Mom Loves Baking.
We’re planning on making some like these but using Halloween sprinkles and serving them at KayCee’s and Ella’s Halloween party 🙂

I feel we’re going to be fed up with apples come January and won’t eat another until the tree starts producing again next year!
