Triskellion By Will Peterson Book Review #26
Triskellion is the first book of the trilogy by Will Peterson. I didn’t realise it was a book aimed at young adults and I also didn’t know it was one of a series when I bought it.
Here’s the blurb from Goodreads:
Rachel and Adam are sent to stay with their grandmother, following their parents’ divorce. But the quiet English village is a sinister, unsettling place. Is there a dark heart beating beneath the thatched roofs of Triskellion?
It was an ok book which did keep me reading until the end but I don’t know if I care enough about Rachel and Adam to bother buying the next 2 books.
Thankfully, it didn’t end on a cliffhanger so I could happily leave the story as it is. In fact, if it weren’t for Goodreads, I’d never have known it was part one of a trilogy.
If they come into the charity shop I might buy them but if not, it won’t be a huge disappointment!
