Low Syn Homemade Baileys – Slimming World Buffet

Christmas would not be Christmas without my favourite tipple. The trouble is, Baileys is really high in Slimming World syns. For a measly 25ml, it comes in at 4 syns. There’s no way I can have just 25ml so I was delighted when I found this low syn homemade Baileys recipe. It’s half the syns of the original – Yay!! ๐Ÿ™‚

How long do you have to whisk each ingredient for to get the right consistency

Hi Lilian, so sorry not to have replied sooner. For some reason I didn’t get my usual notification when a comment is posted.
I just whisk until all the ingredients are well mixed and it looks a little, well, fluffy is the only word I can think of to describe it!

Looks like something I could really use on this yearโ€™s Christmas table! But what is Camp coffee?

It’s a concentrated coffee flavoured syrup. You can get it in most supermarkets in the UK ๐Ÿ™‚

How long will it stay fresh in the fridge please

I’m not sure because we use it up quite quickly but I googled it and some say it can last up to 6 weeks in the fridge.
