Slimming World All Day Breakfast Spaghetti
Spaghetti wouldn’t normally be my first choice for breakfast but when you’re fed-up of having the same thing every day, this makes a nice change.
All Day Breakfast Spaghetti
Syn free on extra easy
12 Bacon rashers with all the fat removed.
Bunch of spring onions
100g Fat-free natural yoghurt
Salt and pepper
2 Tsp dried Parsley
- Cook spaghetti in a large pot of boiling water. Drain and set aside.
- Meanwhile, spray a large frying pan with fry light and fry the bacon and onions.
- Fry for 3-4 minutes then add the tomatoes.
- Fry for another 3 minutes.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk well. Stir in the fat-free natural yoghurt.
- Add the spaghetti to the bacon mixture and stir well. Take off the heat then stir in the egg and yoghurt mixture so it coats the spaghetti.
- Sprinkle with the parsley and if you like, add a tablespoon of grated parmesan for 1.5 syns
