Weekly weigh in – Rubbish week again

It’s been a rubbish week again and I feel like I’m destined to stay this weight forever because I’ve been up and down this stone for months now.

I gained 3.5lb today at weigh in which means I now need to add another number onto my chart and remove the pounds I lost over the last couple of weeks.

I’ve been fine about it all day but tonight I’m fed up with it all. It’s probably because I’m tired. When I wake up I’ll be back on track with my head in the right place but for now, I’m going to go to bed so I don’t make things worse and start eating more food because I’m feeling rubbish.

I’ve got to just pick myself up, dust myself down and start all over again.

Again.

Draw a line under it and start again next week!! Look at your choices and choice what you think would be best and not what you want! Good luck!

Thanks for linking up, it always helps to blog it out.
I agree with Cheryl, look back at those numbers and where you started from, it's amazing.
You've always been an inspiration to me, hope your fortnight has gone better x

Aww don't get disheartened – look back at your original weight from when you first started, you've still done amazingly well. It's normal for weightloss to slow down (or even grind to a halt for a while). Mine did before the summer and I have no idea why it's suddenly kicked off again because I don't feel like I'm doing anything different. The only thing I can think of is walking a lot – maybe start geocaching again or get out looking for conkers or just going for walks with the kids. Hang on in there, it will get better again (but I do appreciate how annoying it is when the scales stop moving). Ooh just had a thought – what about inches? Keep track of those too – sometimes they go down regardless of weight xxx
