Devilled Eggs – Slimming World Buffet

Welcome to day 8 of my 24 days of Slimming World Christmas Buffet Recipes. Today’s recipe is for Slimming World Devilled Eggs.

Here’s a totally syn free snack/buffet item that’s tasty and keeps you feeling full for longer due to the protein they contain.

Ingredients

  • 12 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 tbsp fat-free natural yogurt
  • 1 tsp mild curry powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • Smoky paprika

Method

  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half
  2. Scoop out the yolk and place them all in a bowl
  3. Mash the yolks with the yogurt, curry powder and salt and pepper
  4. Spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg whites and sprinkle a pinch of smoky paprika over each half.

Tomorrow’s recipe is for prawn salad bites.
