List of prompts I'm working from this month :)
I usually have something healthier for breakfast; the only exception is on weigh in day, then it's just coffee! Today was my first weigh in at Slimming World after Christmas and I gained 5.5lbs in just over a week so I'm now working hard to get rid of it again and get back to losing every week !
