162 / 365 My babies are home :)

It’s been a busy day for us today. We decided to empty the shed seeing as the rain decided to stay away for a while.It was absolutely full of junk. You could get in the door but only onto the step. The whole floor was covered in stuff that had just been stuffed in there out the way.
I’ve thrown so much stuff away today, both our recycle and regular rubbish bins are full and the recycle isn’t emptied till a week on Tuesday!

Ant built me a potting bench in the shed and I’ve got all the pots, tools and fertilisers organised on the shelves. I’m really pleased with it 🙂
I’m not pleased, however, with the amount of the snails we’ve found in the garden today. I used to love snails but since I started growing things, they’ve become my enemy…kind of! I still think they’re lovely to look at, I just wish I they wouldn’t eat my plants.
When I find them, I shout Ella and she comes and picks them up and takes them to the bushes out of the garden!

Talking of Ella, after 9 days away, visiting first their sister then Aiden’s dad, the kids came home today and I have to say, I really enjoyed the wonderful cuddles we shared 🙂
I’m used to them going away now but this week has felt quite long and I was very happy to have them home.
