Another week is over and another 2lb loss :)
I'm really pleased because it's proof that I can lose weight without having to count every calorie.
I'm keeping my portions down and not snacking as much in the evenings.
Another loss means I can have my Friday night treat and I think pizza followed by cake and custard is on the menu for tonight.
Weight loss so far: 11lbs
3lb to go and I'll have lost my first stone :o)
